Statis ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Statis does not collect or store any personally identifiable information. We do not require account creation or login.
The app uses your device camera solely to read live TV scoreboards. Camera images are processed in real time and are never stored or transmitted beyond the immediate scan request.
Camera access is required for the core scanning feature. Images captured by the camera are sent to our servers for AI-based scoreboard recognition and are immediately discarded after processing. We do not store, share, or sell any camera data.
If you choose to upload a photo of a bet slip, that image is sent to our servers for text recognition and is immediately discarded after processing. We do not store bet slip images or their contents.
Statis stores your saved games and bets locally on your device using iOS standard storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Statis uses the following third-party services to provide sports data and AI processing. These services have their own privacy policies:

— BallDontLie API (sports data)
— Supabase (serverless functions)
Statis is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
